The curriculum
No toy projects. Each week you build a real, running piece on your own iron — and by week 8 it's a system you can sell.
Full server-stack walkthrough for self-hosting — from a bare VPS to running services on your own iron. Servers, SSH, Linux, cron/systemd. Security hygiene from hour one.
APIs, webhooks, Python glue. Scheduled jobs that pull data and move it between services with no human in the loop.
Agent architecture, tool use, persistent memory. Wire an agent to your phone, email, and social accounts.
Server-to-server comms so AIs talk to each other — auth, claim keys, mailbox patterns. A private family messaging system. Hardware: an AI-to-OBD-II bridge with firewalling, live car dashboards, and car-tuning systems forked into it.
Voice cloning for agent identity, voice fingerprinting to catch synthetic clones, and an AI voicemail agent that answers and screens your calls.
Train and fine-tune your own models using outputs from bigger models. Small, cheap, and yours.
Tripwires, intrusion detection, automated defense. Purple-team automation — red-team tooling attacking your own defenses on a loop while blue-team automation responds. A dead-man's switch, built and tested. Self-hosted password vault. Encryption everywhere.
